Sensible Play Tools


Top up limits:


Do you want to limit the amount you top up your MoPlay account? This sensible option allows you to set a rolling daily, weekly or monthly limits on the maximum amount of money you can deposit in your account.


  1. Daily (24 hours)
  2. Weekly (7 days)
  3. Monthly (30 days)

Any top up limits increased or decreased will take up to 24 hours to be implemented after making the request.


If you choose to confirm the new limit your increase will be applied. If you choose to decline the increase limit, your top-up limit will remain the same.


Please note that setting new limits for the first time will not take any previous deposits into account when calculating whether you can deposit. For example, if you deposit £20 then set a daily deposit limit of £10, you will be able to deposit £10 immediately afterwards should you choose to do so.

Time out


Do you feel in control of your gambling but want to have a short break? If so, this option is available.


Once the time out duration has been selected you will not be able to re-open your account until this period has ended.

  3. Select the Time Out
  4. Choose a time period
  5. Click Confirm

Reality Check


Our Reality Check tool helps to track and control the amount of time you spend playing.


Customers can choose a specific duration that suits them. Once set, you’ll receive an alert when you’ve been playing for the specified time. At that point, you’ll be required to choose one of the following options:


  1. Continue playing (OK)
  2. Log out
  3. View Account History

The Reality Check tool will start from login and once the interval has been reached, the reminder will appear on screen.


Selecting ‘Log out’ will log you out of your account completely. Should you wish to continue playing, then you will need to select ‘OK’.


If 'View Account History' is selected, you will be taken to PlayCheck page. However, when you go back to the game, the reminder will still be present.

  3. Choose your specified time reminder
  4. Click OK

Self-exclusion
